And in Matthew 15 we see Jesus feed 4,000 men, not including women in children, with 7 loaves and a few fish. The second feeding is still miraculous, but less miraculous than the first. Why does Matthew put these two miracles so close together in his Gospel? What is the significance of this 2nd miraculous feeding?
