The Body of Christ is beautiful! All of it! Do we believe that? When pressed we do, but Satan will attack that belief relentlessly. He truly is the accuser of the brethren (Rev. 12:10). Satan loves to cause disunity, and he loves to bring discouragement. He is why that in the midst of a thousand agreements we can fixate on the one disagreement. He is why there is so much temptation toward backbiting, slander, and taking and giving offense. He is the liar who will tell you that others don’t love you, that others are disingenuous, and that they will never change. He is the one against whom we wrestle (Eph. 6:1). The best cure is not a change in circumstance, but a change of perspective. Listen as Pastor Matt shows how I Thessalonians 4:13 provides that changed perspective.
