Matthew 6:10 Thy Will Be Done?

September 1, 2019 By Matthew Cooke 1 Comment

We are all familiar with the petition from the Lord’s Prayer, ‘Thy will be done,’ but when we pray this prayer for what are we asking?

Are we saying ‘Let whatever you have decreed come to pass Lord, we trust you?’ Or is Christ telling us that we should pray that perfect righteousness will reign, that Satan will be defeated, and sin will be no more?

Listen as Pastor Matt explains how both these prayers are Biblical prayers and how they meet perfectly at the cross to usher in Christ’s Kingdom.
