Matthew 5:9 Who Are the Peacemakers?

January 13, 2019 By Matthew Cooke Leave a Comment

What does it mean to be a peacemaker in the biblical sense? Is he the morally flabby, tolerant libertarian who just wants to live and let live? Actually… no. Listen as Pastor Matt shows from Matthew 5:8-12 how that Jesus’ understanding of a peacemaker was far removed from this modern caricature, and how that the peacemaker will experience great conflict in this age on his way to peace in the age to come. If you would be a peacemaking child of God then buckle up; it’s gonna be a bumpy ride.
