he always wants to grow. Not only do we recognize that we are spiritually destitute- we yearn to recognize it more deeply. Not only do we mourn over our lack of righteousness & the sin around us, we grieve that we do not mourn enough & desire to be less tolerant of our compromises. Not only are we meek & gentle as a rule, but we grieve & quickly repent when we recognize that we have acted in the flesh. Can you identify with this longing? Rejoice! God will complete the work He has begun! You will be filled with righteousness.
