Matthew 5:12 Living for Eternal Reward

Becoming a Christian is not laying aside joy and pleasure and entering into a drab existence so that you can escape hell. It is exchanging lesser joys and temporary joys for greater joys and eternal joys. The strength to endure present suffering is the fruit of meditating on future satisfaction! Insults, hardship and persecution in the path of righteousness is followed by great REWARD in heaven.
