Did you know that God often accomplishes His purposes for your life, wonderful, amazing purposes, by leading you down paths you do not want to travel, to destinations where you don’t want to be, for quantities of time that you do not want to spend there? He even sent Joseph, Mary, and Jesus to Egypt; away from everyone and everything they knew and loved, but God did it for their good and did not leave them there forever. You may feel like the journey will never end, or like the season God has you in will never be over, but God intends good things for His people even in the difficult seasons.
